This policy explains how Rahul R S collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit rahulrs.dev or hire me for services.

• Contact details you share: name, email address, phone number and company name.
• Project information: requirements, files, content and access credentials you provide for the work.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. I receive the transaction status, amount and your name and contact details, but never your full card number or CVV.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled on this website.

How I use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To carry out, deliver and support your project.
• To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To improve this website.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the business (such as Razorpay for payments, and hosting or email providers), or when required by law.

Payment security

Card payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Card details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not stored by me.

Data retention

I keep project and payment records for as long as needed for the project and to meet legal and tax requirements. Credentials you share for a project are deleted or should be changed by you once the project ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing thisisrsrahul@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they are used only to understand site traffic.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
